Maintenance and development of our quality and hygiene management system Monitoring of care documentation (new structural model, treatment care) Implementation and documentation of care visas Coordination of care management Implementation of current nursing and scientific findings into daily work Implementation of quality assurance measures in the context of quality management (e.g. quality circles, case meetings) Ensuring high quality of care while complying with legal requirements Planning and implementation of internal audits and monitoring of external audits Evaluation of quality indicators from digital documentation and derivation of improvement measures Advice and training of employees on quality topics (e.g. expert standards) close cooperation with the nursing service, organisation and the care management department
