We are looking for a motivated personality for our Technical Purchasing/ Facility Management department at the Ulm-Donautal site as soon as possible

Control procedures, troubleshooting and troubleshooting, as well as the care of all indoor and outdoor facilities such as social spaces, green facilities, inlet shafts, etc. Planning and coordination of repair measures and supervision of the respective service companies. Execution of minor repair work. Implementation of recurring tests.

You have a completed training in the craftsmanship area, ideally in the area of heating/sanitary. You ideally already have professional experience in the field of facility management. You have a high sense of cost and responsibility. You have a technical understanding, especially in the field of building technology. A practice-oriented and solution-oriented and independent mode of operation is desirable.
