Project organization and coordination Support in the planning, control and monitoring of reconstruction projects Preparation, documentation and follow-up of meetings, workshops and agreements with all stakeholders Coordination of internal and external interfaces (workshop, engineering, suppliers) to ensure a seamless project sequence Maintenance and updating of project plans, schedule lists and status overviews in close coordination with project management Documentation & Reporting Creation and maintenance of technical documents, checklists and conversion protocols according to predefined standards Preparation of status reports, presentations and decision bases for project management and stakeholders Material & Resource Management Support for material requirements, orders and delivery tracking Cooperation with procurement and logistics Operational support on site preparation and support of the reconstruction phases on the vehicle Collection of measurement values, photos, protocols and technical observations Troubleshooting Support through Structured Problem Recording Communication and voting Administrative activities

Basic technical understanding (vehicle technology, mechatronics or comparable) and knowledge in high-voltage systems Good knowledge of project work and structured working Secure handling of Office tools (including Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, JIRA) Organisational and coordination skills and ability to prioritize tasks Self-employed and reliable operation with high accuracy and quality awareness Good communication skills to workshop, suppliers and project team, including written and oral communication Willingness to work in the vehicle/technic and occasional travel to workshops Documentation security (clear, precise, comprehensible) High care and quality awareness in performing tasks German knowledge (min. B2), English of advantage for communication with international partners First experience with modifications to HV systems or test vehicles Basic knowledge of HV safety guidelines and occupational safety Knowledge of measurement data acquisition and simple evaluation (e.g. Excel, CSV)
