With the central unit “Corporate Processes & Digitalization” (CPD), we aim to support the integration of process, digitization and IT know-how with the requirements of the departments within the Böllhoff Group in the best possible way possible nationally and internationally.

In six departments operating as independently as possible, all process, digitization and IT competencies are bundled to successfully implement digitization projects together with the respective departments (sales, purchase, finance, logistics, product lifecycle management and production & supply chain).

Project management in national and international IT projects, especially with the focus Finance and Accounting Analysis of the requirements of internal, global customers and creation of technical and technical concepts Professional leadership of interdisciplinary teams using agile and classic project management methods Self-employed, proactive development of the system and process landscape Configuration and implementation of coordinated business processes 2nd and 3rd level support of the supervised systems and processes Control of external service providers

Experience with ERP systems for companies (e.g. Infor M3, SAP, Microsoft etc.) Relevant professional experience in IT Consulting or Finance and Accounting (m/w/d), a completed computer science or BWL study Good understanding of business processes Experience in project management desirable Service and customer-oriented thinking with safe occurrence Target and result-oriented work with commitment Good knowledge of English readiness to travel moderately
