In the Mercedes-Benz Untertürkheim plant we build the hearts of our cars: High-quality and forward-looking engines, transmissions, axles for all Mercedes-Benz cars and VAN. We bring our knowledge and skills into the further development and production of the latest drive technologies every day. Become part of the team development engine oil circuit for petrol, diesel and AMG engines. Our team consists of 9 highly motivated engineers. We are responsible for the technology components and systems of the engine oil circuit for the Otto, Diesel and AMG engines and operate the locations Untertürkheim and Affalterbach. For our engine family, technology components and systems are developed in the engine oil circuit. As an intern, you are actively involved in the daily business of our development engineers and assists in the development of mechanics as well as their associated application and functional development activities. As part of your internship, you will receive small independent work packages in your area of responsibility.

These challenges include: Participation in carrying out daily tasks, action tracking and ensuring regular communication Working with the design, organisation and preparation of test carriers, test runs and measuring motors Participation in the preparation and preparation of test bench and vehicle engines Analysis of vehicle and test bench measurements Processing and transparent presentation of data, e.g. as a decision template Independent processing of projects in cooperation with the team, with executives and adjacent areas Support in the preparation and preparation of analytical results within working groups The activity can begin from August 2026.

You study mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, vehicle engineering, industrial engineering, engineering or a comparable degree course You have good expressiveness in German and English and a very safe handling of MS Office, especially Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel Your strengths include a quick understanding, an analytical way of thinking and structured and strategic way of working. You are an organizational institution, extremely reliable and work independently In addition, you are highly motivated and you are not too bad to pack and help with other tasks of all kinds, if need is on the man - a team player shortage
