Civil Engineer for the Project Management Structural Engineering (m/f/d)

To support our team at the Munich-Maisach office, we are looking for you as a construction engineer (w/m/d) for the project management of constructive engineering.

Defining and continuously updating the project targets, clarifying technical target conflicts and applying established project management methods to ensure a smooth project execution Financial planning and monitoring of the assigned services, coordination of all internal and external project participants (including engineering offices, authorities, service providers) as well as support and handling of engineering contracts Organisation and monitoring of appointments with public and stakeholders and ensuring a transparent exchange of information Creation, testing and coordination of award documents, accompaniment of the award procedures, evaluation of the offers and design of the contractual contents including performance descriptions and assessment documents Creation and testing of construction and execution documents, planning of the construction process and the construction-time traffic management, organisation of the construction field release and technical control of existing and execution documents Management of construction and project meetings, monitoring of the construction design, implementation of quality, control and surveying checks, VOB correspondence, acceptances including defect tracking and testing of quantity determinations and invoices

Completed studies (Dipl.-Ing./Master) in the field of civil engineering with the deepening of construction engineering or construction or similar or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability Multiannual professional experience in construction engineering or comparable (e.g. construction) Expertise in the cross-disciplinary areas of construction engineering (e.g. knowledge of the relevant laws, directives, regulations and technical standards, in particular: RPS, ZTV‐Asphalt, ZTV‐E, ZTV‐SA, ZTV‐FRS) Expertise in the field of construction engineering (knowledge of the relevant regulations, e.g. RSA, ZTV ING, RiZ ING, VOB, HOAI, HVA-B, RStO, VgV, HVA-F) Knowledge with CAD applications (e.g. Allplan) Comparative level C1 Class driving licence Your personal strengths include: Strategic, economic and holistic thinking and action Safe, binding occurrence, negotiation skills and enforcement Engaged, reliable, responsible, independent operation Embossed social and communicative competence
