Control of compliance with animal protection requirements and assessment of technical and construction equipment for their suitability Documentation and evaluation of control results and derivation of improvement measures Development of new ideas and concepts for our animal welfare management system Coordination and exchange between all relevant parties Participation in the continuous improvement of our standards and processes

A successfully completed training as a farmer (m/w/d) or a university degree in the field of agricultural sciences as well as a multiannual professional experience in the field of animal welfare/agriculture or a comparable qualification Knowledge of animal welfare and veterinary matters and practical experience in cooperation with stakeholders in the food and agricultural sector (e.g. farmers, veterinarians and authorities) and in dealing with animals Handling, delivery, accommodation and stunning of farm animals is of great importance for you Convincing communication style Teamability and flexibility
