Your profile

• completed training as health care and nursing caregiver, health caregiver and child caregiver, elderly caregiver with several years of experience in outpatient care
• ideally completed training as a quality manager in care or a completed nursing study
• Instruction skills and passion for patient-oriented outpatient care in the reference care system
• empathic independent operation, sensitive handling of patients entrusted to us and their relatives
• Class B licence, including driving practice

Your tasks

• Continuous development of a legal and audit-proof quality management system for outpatient care
• Ensuring continuous patient documentation, guidance of nurses
• Participation in ensuring a high quality of care while complying with legal requirements
• Implementation of current nursing and nursing knowledge into daily practice
• Depending on the range of places, proportionate care of patients in haemorrhage
