Then our team supports HR personnel planning as a working student. We are the interface between production and administration and are responsible for strategic personnel planning. Our focus is not on operating personnel topics such as settings or exits, but on the analysis of data, the production of forecasts and the development of solutions to support an efficient production process. As a working student*in you get the opportunity to participate in exciting projects independently and gain valuable insights into data-driven personal planning. Your tasks Support in the further development, optimization and digitization of existing processes

Analysis and processing of large amounts of data using various technologies and tools

Working with personal planning-relevant questions in the HR environment

Creation and maintenance of reports to support management and planning in the production sector

performing evaluations with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and macros

Working in development projects with VBA, Microsoft SharePoint, Power BI and other Microsoft-365 applications

Support in the preparation of forecasts and capacity analyses

independent processing of small projects and presentation of results before the team
