• They are a contact person for our customers and are in close contact with them in terms of operational matters.

• In doing so, monitor national and international freight and direct transports and inform our customers proactively about the status of their shipments.

• They identify delays, differences and other deviations in the transport chain and initiate appropriate measures to solve them.

• Your area of responsibility includes the return management and the processing of customer complaints.

• In addition, you will find customer-oriented solutions in cooperation with the departments in the branch, as well as the network and partner brokers.

• You create customer reports and participate in delivery quality reviews.

• You have a successfully completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial training.

• You have good English skills, other languages are of advantage.

• The handling of MS Office programs and other IT systems is not difficult for you.
