Strategic and operational management of the Industrial Engineering division with focus on the planning, control and continuous optimization of production processes Responsibility for the development and implementation of innovative manufacturing and assembly solutions including digitalization, automation and lean management Control and implementation of complex technology and investment projects to ensure scalable, cost-optimized production Integration of new technologies and processes taking into account data analyses, feasibility studies and quality standards Close cross-departmental cooperation with development, purchasing, production and central functions to ensure smooth process chains Leadership, development and motivation of a multi-member team including direct group management

Successfully completed technical studies in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering or comparable qualification Multiannual professional and leadership experience in the field of industrial engineering, preferably in the context of assembly or prefabrication Knowledge of Lean methods (e.g. 5S, Kaizen) and experience in the introduction of new production systems and digital technologies Impressed analytical and conceptual skills and a structured and solution-oriented approach High communication strength, implementation strength and team capacity in an interdisciplinary environment Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
