You are responsible for the monthly pay bill for a defined employee group You process all upstream and downstream activities of the billing including Time economy and monthly and annual work You serve employees from entry to exit and are reliable respondent in billing-relevant questions You create contracts, additional agreements, certificates, evaluations and statistics You are available as internal contact person for tax and social insurance issues You communicate with authorities, health insurance companies and social security institutions incl. Reporting and certification

You have completed commercial vocational training You bring professional experience in pay billing – either from the staff sector or, for example, from the tax environment (e.g. tax specialist:r) Knowledge of adjacent topics such as time management, maternity protection, parental leave or old age care is advantageous You have good computer skills, especially in MS Office; Experiences with SAP HCM are helpful, but no compelling prerequisite You work structured, reliable and responsible and are confidential with sensitive data You are characterized by a high level of service readiness and clear, team-oriented communication
