You will get to know the hospital system from the Pike and gain an exciting insight into all areas of the hospital through several phases of hospitation In multi-month specialist assignments, you rotate through various clinics throughout Germany as well as the corporate headquarters and work there hand in hand with the executives of shopping and logistics, which make you an expert in the area of purchasing and supply chain They are directly entering operational and strategic topics in purchasing and, for example, process group management through cost analysis or process optimization In addition, you are responsible for material management in logistics, such as transport and disposal of goods and goods You take over the management of your own projects with local, regional and group-wide reference and present your results before various bodies After two years you are perfectly qualified to start a leading position in the area of purchasing and logistics

A completed study with business orientation, with focus on purchasing and/or logistics or comparable training Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing They bring first practical experiences, at best with purchasing or logistics reference, for example through internships and work students' activities They are strong in communication, have a hands-on mentality and are happy to work in the team They are energetic, creative and reliable They are highly motivated and have the willingness to develop professionally and humanly in a short time The willingness to operate within 24 months at 4–6 locations across Germany
