In the role of team management (m/w/d), you take over the leadership of an interdisciplinary planning team and design the integral execution planning of our construction projects. You are the central contact person for sales and branches, responsible for the quality and efficiency of the planning processes and develop your team strategically.

You take over the leadership of an interdisciplinary planning team and are responsible for the creation of integral design plans for demanding construction projects. You will develop structures, develop talents and create an environment in which ideas grow and work together. As a binding and solution-oriented bridge between planning, sales and our branches, you ensure smooth coordination and efficient processes. You lead your team with professional expertise and empathy, take on personnel responsibility and conduct valuable employee discussions. Your control ensures the quality and motivation in the team. With a wide view, you organize your team and take over the internal project coordination as well as the capacity planning for the planning team civil engineering. You are responsible for external plant and drainage planning, develop building and foundation concepts and coordinate external engineering offices. You ensure the quality of planning services in terms of content and ensure that all work results are implemented on time and cost. You create specifications of plan content and qualities for all disciplines, in particular architecture, TGA planning and system planning.

Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience in the planning of civil engineering projects, ideally focusing on external installations, drainage and foundation concepts Leadership and experience in the management of teams and in the coordination of external engineering offices Safe handling of relevant standards, guidelines and planning software Embossed communication skills, organisational talent and joy in interdisciplinary cooperation Solution-oriented thinking, sense of responsibility and the ability to manage complex projects structuredly
