Successfully completed studies in the field of electrical engineering or alternatively you are an electrical technician (m/w/d) or master (m/w/d) in the electrical engineering work. You have several years of professional practice in project management, construction management or Costing for electrical engineering of turnkey real estate. Ideally, you have already gained experience in the application of LEAN-Construction Management. Your appearance is safe, binding, sovereign and authentic. You recognize problems and their causes at an early stage, look proactively for solutions and keep an overview even in stressful situations. The friendly, open-minded, respectful and cooperative handling of customers, colleagues and other external project participants is of course for you. You have a secure knowledge of building, contracting and awarding law as well as in correspondence according to VOB/BGB and apply them in correspondence with contractors. You have German knowledge (C1) that is secure for negotiation and bring travel to the construction projects within Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria.
