The Kellergroup is an innovative service and consulting company with over 170 employees. For our Logistics Consulting business unit, we are looking for an experienced construction professional who manages and develops our projects from construction application to commissioning.

Total responsibility for logistics and industrial projects (HOAI phases 6–9) – dates, costs, quality Construction site management on site: coordination of all plants, subcontractors and specialist planners Contractor's representation incl. claims / follow-up management and reporting Creation / testing of performance descriptions, tendering and awarding by VOB Quality and occupational safety controls, acceptances, defect tracking Mentoring of colleagues and further development of our building standards

M. Sc. Architecture or M. Eng. / Dipl.-Ing. Civil Engineering At least 4 years of professional experience on expert/consultant level Funded building process knowledge from LP 4/5 (concept & design optional) Safe in all topics under construction application: execution and assembly planning (incl. examination), tendering, awarding, project support ≥ 2 years of construction + ≥ 2 years of project management – ideally min. two completed projects (practice + management) Routinized handling of standards & building law: VOB, DIN series, LBauO, further regulations (HOAI nice-to-know) Technical know-how in construction, TGA and sustainability – you can talk and design CAD and project management software is not a must, but a plus Project planning & control incl. cost controlling, schedule, follow-up management Creation and evaluation of performance descriptions, offers / offers Interface Coordination: Builder, Authorities, Planner – you keep all threads together Strong in communication, negotiation and independent work Driving licence Class B; readiness to travel within Germany (daily)
