Use of conventional machine tools Self-service CNC-controlled machines and tools Fixing errors within the CNC programs on the machine Self-standing tool setting using tool presetting devices Implementation of various measurement and testing methods Manual deburring of components with mechanical tools and machines Continuous improvement of existing manufacturing processes and optimization of setup times

Successfully completed three-year, professional training, e.g. as a machining mechanic Multiannual professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge of the reading and understanding of technical component drawings and other relevant manufacturing documents Knowledge of standards, regulations and general working, procedural and safety regulations Knowledge in handling special and special machines Valid crane and forklift licence Above-average self-motivation in handling manufacturing machines
