We will now look for you at our location in Hamburg City Nord as Transformation Lead (m/w/d) Legacy Systems / Business Applications For many years, we have built up a powerful internal system that reflects numerous processes of our company. Now we are consciously taking the next step: we develop our grown system landscape and gradually replace it with modern, professional standard software. For this strategically important task we are looking for a personality who wants to actively shape a real transformation.

You take on the central role of our legacy system and, together with us, shape a modern, future-oriented system. This is not about pure technology, but about the interaction of procedures, people and systems. Our existing legacy system as well as the business processes represented therein are analysing and structuring. Appropriate standard software for different business sectors and evaluate. You develop a clear target architecture for our future system landscape together with IT and specialist areas. You control the introduction of new systems together with internal teams and external partners. Existing functions are gradually converted into modern software solutions. In close cooperation with management, IT, e-commerce, logistics, sales and marketing, you shape sustainable solutions for our products. You make sure that new systems not only operate in a technical way, but also improve our processes. This will give you a key role in developing our entire IT landscape.

Experience from several of the following areas helps you in this role: Complex IT or transformation projects have already led or actively helped you. With the introduction or migration of enterprise software, you could gain practical experience. Analyzing, structuring and developing business processes is one of your strengths. In the selection and imple­mentation of standard software, you will also be able to find out. The cooperation with internal teams and external service providers will be controlled and solution-oriented.
