Your responsibility: analysis, architecture and realization In this position you accompany the entire lifecycle of our customer projects. You act as a technical architect and strategic advisor to establish complex service management structures. Business IT-Alignment: You advise customers on the transformation of their service processes and ensure optimal use of the Matrix42 Suite. Requirement design: You moderate workshops for process recording and transfer them into precise technical specifications. System integration: You realize the technical integration of our software products into heterogeneous IT landscapes and perform quality assurances. Knowledge Transfer: As a mentor and trainer, you accompany the users during the introduction phases. Strategic support: You work closely with the project management in structuring complex work packages and are responsible for sub-areas in the managed service.

Your profile: expertise and consulting skills For this demanding interface function, we are looking for a personality that combines sound IT knowledge with a solution-oriented working method. Qualification: You have completed your studies (informatics, business informatics) or a comparable technical training with several years of professional experience. Knowledge: You bring deep knowledge in the implementation of ITSM solutions – ideally in the Matrix42 environment or comparable enterprise systems. Technology stack: The safe handling of Windows servers, IIS and MS SQL (T-SQL) is for you Daily Business; Basic knowledge of PowerShell or C# is a welcome plus. Consultant Personality: You convince by a sovereign appearance in workshops, a structured way of working and the ability to translate complex customer requirements into sustainable concepts. Communication: You communicate in German (safe for negotiation) and English in a targeted manner.
