Electrical Engineer / Industrial Foreman Electrical Engineering (m/f/d)

You ensure the proper monitoring, operation and operation of the building systems, with the focus on electrical engineering and safety systems such as fire alarm systems, safety lighting, emergency power supply and video surveillance. You ensure the functional and traffic-proof condition of the supervised objects and take all necessary measures. You carry out your duties as responsible electrical power (VEFK) in Hamburg and control the electrotechnical operator organisation for all German locations. You shall examine and remove equipment and technical equipment as an emergency measure to ensure smooth operation. You commission and coordinate service providers with a focus on electrical engineering, such as general electrical engineering, safety technology and DGUV-V3 tests. You document the maintenance professionally and eliminate resulting defects in order to ensure the quality and safety of the plants. You fully implement small refurbishment and reconstruction projects and support the project team with major measures.

You have a degree as an engineer (m/w/d), master (m/w/d) or state-tested engineer (m/w/d) of electrical engineering in crafts. You ideally bring several years of professional experience in building, property and plant operations as well as in installation, fault diagnosis and troubleshooting. You ideally have knowledge of adjacent industrial structures as well as in the field of industrial and fire protection. You are characterized by commitment, ownership, customer orientation and a strong team spirit. You work independently, are willing to accept readiness and have the ability to prioritize tasks. You are sure to deal with the current MS Office programs and have good German knowledge in word and writing. You have a class B licence and are willing to complete service journeys within the jurisdiction of the branch
