You work under the direction of the Continuous Improvement (CI) team and support the manager Lean Continuous Improvement in optimizing production processes. Working with the engineers in the team and in the interface areas gives you a comprehensive insight into our activities and projects. Together with the CI team, you identify optimization potentials in the processes and support in process analysis. You develop concepts independently to make their progress and success transparent. You always keep your eye on the upstream and downstream processes to ensure optimal integration into the production flow. You get the opportunity to actively introduce yourself to your practical solutions in an international medical technology company.
You study engineering with the focus on mechanical engineering, medical technology, production technology, industrial engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering or are enrolled in a comparable course of study. Your strong interest in these topics motivates you to deal with complex issues in the field of CI. Ideally, you could already gain practical experience in Lean Management.
