Cost Controller Commercial Real Estate

In your position as a cost controller: in the real estate sector, you are predominantly engaged in regional real estate projects and, through your administrative and commercial know-how, ensure the cost-effectiveness, budget loyalty and process quality of our projects. Budget and cost management: You are responsible for the collection, maintenance and monitoring of project budgets in real estate stock. In close coordination with your team, you will ensure compliance with budget requirements, cost structures and economic objectives. Orders, invoices and reminders: As a cost controller:in you control the order processing, auditing and dunning for our real estate projects. You work with an AI-based tool for metadata detection and check, correct and verify automatically recorded invoice data. In addition, you take the manual processing of invoices, the processing of invoices and the status monitoring of invoice workflows. Contract and Subsequent Management: You create and process standard contracts, supplementary agreements and other relevant contract documents. In addition, you are responsible for the contract workflow, send documents and arrange for a structured deposit. Guarantee management is also in your area of responsibility. Master data and creditor management: The maintenance and quality assurance of creditor master files are also part of your task profile and ensure efficient, fault-free processes in accounting.

You bring a completed commercial training – ideally as a merchant:wife for office management, controller:in, financial assistant:in or in a comparable commercial profession. You have first professional experience, like in the real estate industry, in the construction company or in a commercial environment close to the property. A pronounced affinity for numbers, cost structures, accounting and commercial processes is essential for this position. You master MS Office, especially Excel (e.g. spreadsheet, analysis, data management) and Word, safely. Ideally, you also have experience in dealing with databases or digital accounting systems. Personally, you are convinced by your own initiative, team skills, organizational talent and a structured, process-oriented way of working.
