(Senior) Factory Controller (m/f/d)

Full responsibility for the work controlling of our German locations: data analysis, derivation of measures and their follow-up Development and maintenance of controlling instruments and reports for the works Implementation of project and product cost accounting incl. Calculation logic, deviation analyses and cost-effectiveness checks Further development of relevant key figures on productivity and profitability (e.g. efficiency, material/overhead costs, cover contributions) Sparring Partner for Management & Owners: Creation of decision bases, scenarios and action recommendations Close cooperation with factory management, production, purchasing and HR – goal: transparency, taxability and profitability

Complete study of economics with a focus on controlling/ accounting or comparable qualification At least 2 years of experience in factory and product cost controlling of a manufacturing industrial company Secure handling of BI tools (ideally Power BI), Excel and ERP systems (preferably proALPHA) Embossed analytical skills, structured thinking and high technical precision Communication strength as a link between all operational levels Very good German knowledge (at least C2) Readiness to travel to our locations (about 25 %) incl. Class B driving licence
