Hamburg at the headquarters or Germany in the home office – moderate travel activity (20-30%) is required.

In your role as IT project manager Finance Software (m/w/d), you accompany our customers in the introduction of our controlling solution – from the first workshop to the go-live. You take responsibility for several projects at the same time, make sure that everything is going as planned, and keeps the big picture in mind. Project management: You are responsible for several projects in a variety of sizes – from planning to implementation to successful completion. Consultancy & Support: You fully support our customers in the implementation – professional, technical and organisational – and are responsible for schedule, budget and quality. Communication: You work closely with the management of our customers and present project status, concepts and results at all levels – from specialist users to management. Stakeholder management: You control communication between customers, departments, external partners and internal teams (Business Consulting, Technical Consulting, Account Management) – solution-oriented and forward-looking. Workshops & Presentations: You design and conduct workshops, trainings and presentations – from the operational field to the management. Further development: You actively shape our project management methodology and bring your experience into the exchange with project manager colleagues.

Project management: You have experience in managing IT projects – ideally in the environment of standard software. Professional experience: You bring many years of experience in implementing software. Expertise: You bring a good commercial understanding – especially for controlling, planning and finance. Personality: You also keep track of parallel projects, structure yourself independently and work in a solution-oriented manner. You like to work in the team, take responsibility and bring a healthy portion of standing with – without elbows. You'll be safe, sovereign and empathic. Language: You communicate very well in German and perform rhetorically safe, confident and sovereign. English knowledge of B2 levels is also desirable for customer contact in the international environment.
