Strategic Buyer (m/f/d)

Implementation of tenders for complex systems, components, trades and development projects. Analysis of offer comparisons to perform a qualified supplier selection within the framework of quality, cost and time. Creation and negotiation of complex contracts and contract processing with suppliers within the associated product groups and delivery volumes. Development of a product group strategy for a continuous, strategic orientation to achieve the objectives set in purchasing. Coordination with the interface partners, also at business unit level, to ensure the early integration of the purchase. Assessment of suppliers in technical, qualitative and economic terms and qualification and development in the context of supplier management. Implementation of an active risk management and support of claim management in the enforcement of corporate interests vis-à-vis suppliers.

Successfully completed studies in the field of business management, industrial engineering, etc. and several years of experience in international industrial purchasing. Found commercial understanding and extensive experience from different international negotiation situations. Advanced knowledge of contract law, analysis and negotiation of essential contractual passages. Experience gained in dealing with monopolyists or Single Source Suppliers. Self-employed, structured and targeted working methods. Team player with experience in cross-interface collaboration. Binding appearance and entrepreneurial action combined with secure and proactive communication, in German and English.
