Complete university studies (Master / Diploma) in civil engineering, in architecture, in economic engineering, in real estate or in a comparable field Multiannual leadership experience of large teams in a complex construction, real estate or FM organization, focusing in a clinical environment Detectable successes in the development and control of major construction measures Funded knowledge in project management, controlling, process design and organisational development Safety in procurement law, building and planning law and in the case of laws, regulations and regulations in hospital Experiences in the determination of space requirements, organisational planning and layout of hospitals are advantageous Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
