Leadership & Responsibility: Head of a production team with a focus on quality, timeliness and customer satisfaction. Delivery performance: Ensuring the timely delivery of inspection systems and spare parts within the required specifications. Training management: Planning and control of training measures and monitoring the progress of learning in the team. Fine planning & control: Close cooperation with supervisor and planner for fine planning of customer orders and tracking the production progress. Order management: Control of production orders in coordination with the planner. Process optimization: Continuous improvement of final assembly processes using lean principles. Lean Leadership: Promoting a lean culture in the team, performing regular 5S audits and organizing improvement workshops. Efficiency enhancement: Identification of optimization potentials and implementation of measures to reduce throughput times.

Complete studies in a technical field (e.g. electrical engineering, microsystem technology, physical technology) or a comparable qualification At least 5 years of professional experience in a production environment, ideally in the final assembly of complex systems Embossed communication strength, high self-motivation and an independent and powerful working method High level of problem-solving competence and decision-making Loadability, target orientation and a structured working style – also under time pressure Quick conception and high flexibility in handling changing requirements Safe handling of company-specific PLC and Quality Software, SAP as well as the common MS Office applications Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
