Occupational Safety Specialist / QMB - ISO 9001 / IMS (m/f/d)

You are responsible for the entire work protection from the risk assessment, job visits to the analysis of accidents at work, and you advise the management as a competent respondent. You actively develop the QM system according to ISO 9001 by planning internal audits, driving the continuous improvement process (KVP) and preparing quality-relevant key figures for management. You design an integrated management system (IMS) and introduce your expertise in designing a software management system in the innovative field of drone technology. As a central interface, you can safely communicate with external partners such as professional associations and certification bodies and provide targeted training to ensure that all employees are sensitised for safety and quality issues.

You have completed a technical, natural or engineering training or a study and are a state-approved specialist in occupational safety (according to ASiG / DGUV regulation 2). You bring sound knowledge of quality management (in particular ISO 9001) and relevant standards (e.g. ArbSchG, ISO 45001); an auditor training is a plus. You are versed in methods of Cause Analysis (KVP) and safe in dealing with MS Office; Ideally, you have already worked with QM software (e.g. CAQ). With your analytical, structured and self-responsive way of working as well as your communication strength, you can convince at all levels and drive topics forward in the team. Your knowledge of German is at a negotiated level (C1) in order to be able to perform documentation and training precisely.

Transparent salary package: Depending on the experience, your salary is between 60.000 and 75,000 euros gross annually, supplemented by a company car for private use.
