Construction management in residential and hotel construction (m/f/d)

You take over the organization and coordination of the construction site – from the installation to the turnkey transfer. Subcontractors, schedules, quality – you keep an overview and ensure a smooth run. You will set up and check performance directories and support for tendering and awarding. You make sure that all standards, guidelines and safety requirements are complied with and accompany the projects until the acceptance and warranty phase. You are a central point of contact on the construction site and make sure everyone pulls the same line.

A completed training or study in construction (TU, FH, HTL) or a comparable qualification First practical experience in construction, ideally in residential or hotel construction Clear and professional communication with entrepreneurs, planners and clients decision-making and organizational talent – even if it becomes hectic at the construction site Enthusiasm for building projects and the claim to implement quality visibly Want to take responsibility and actively drive construction projects
