You carry out the Personnel and Continuing Education Unit with currently four employees in a professional and disciplinary manner and consistently prepare the field for the future. You have several years of experience in human resources and have ideally gained first or more comprehensive leadership experience You provide a good understanding of HR processes, labour law and organisational development You have the pleasure of designing structures, developing them and taking responsibility You work clearly, pragmatically and responsive – and keep an overview even in dynamic situations You communicate confidently with different stakeholders and convince with integrity, commitment and implementation strength Experience with HR systems, digitization projects and personal controlling is advantageous Knowledge in pay billing is helpful and can be further developed if necessary Basic understanding of the requirements of occupational safety and their organisational implementation is advantageous A relevant study or a comparable qualification complete your profile
