Supporting our national & international FBM customers Collection, processing & tracking of offers and orders Recording, testing & follow-up of delivery dates in coordination with our production Takeover of active customer communication via video, telephone, mail and personal Creation of customer assortments and maintenance of the corresponding online platforms Care and monitoring of the dunning Visit of customers and trade fairs Acquisition of new customers

Successfully completed commercial training Multiannual professional experience in Key Account Management or Customer Service Safe appearance and solution and service-oriented operation Negotiating German and English knowledge is absolutely necessary and another foreign language is advantageous Teamability and very good self-organization Communication strength and handling skills Secure handling of MS Office and ERP programs Knowledge of the jewelry industry of advantage
