As a production employee (m/w/d) in Ditzingen, you can ensure that the production facilities run clean and that the processes in the food environment are reliably maintained. The role combines practical machine operation with care in documentation, product changes and simple technical activities.

• You serve and monitor production facilities in the ongoing manufacturing process.
• Set-up and cleaning at the beginning of production and after the end of production belong to your daily business.
• Process parameters You keep and document the results in the line reports.
• Check trace documents as well as controls and work carefully.
• For product and film changes, you take all necessary steps.
• In optimisation teams, you will bring practical ideas from everyday production.
• Easy maintenance work is done independently and responsibly.
• In the context of industrial food production, you work with focus on quality, order and safety.

We are looking for

For this position, you fit well if you like to work practically, carefully prep and understand production processes quickly. First experience in production, in the food sector or in a comparable industrial environment is helpful, but no need.

• Ideally, you bring first production experience, for example from food production, packaging or an industrial environment.
• The safe handling of machines and equipment is easy for you or you work quickly into the machine operation.
• An independent, committed and reliable way of working is yours.
• You are responsible for materials, traceability and quality requirements.
• Team capability is of course for you, especially in shift changes and in the ongoing production process.
• You are willing to work in shiftwork and flexibly respond to the production process.
• Working hours and shift models are taken into account and clearly adjusted within the scope of the position.
• German-language work in the production environment is not a problem for you.
