HSE Manager – Occupational Safety Specialist (m/f/d)

As a central spokesperson, you advise the Executive Board and our executives on all issues of work, health and environmental protection and represent the company to authorities, professional associations and specialist bodies. Compliance with statutory and internal requirements in occupational and health protection is ensured by appropriate measures and is responsible for the maintenance of relevant documentation, regulations and instructions. Risk assessments, cravings, audits and certifications are carried out independently, analysing events and conducting effective prevention and improvement measures. With your expertise, you develop security concepts and management systems, implement them and drive the continuous optimization of processes and structures. In addition, you plan and organize training, instruction and meetings of the Work Safety Committee and address selected topics in environmental and hazardous materials management.

A completed technical study in the field of engineering (e.g. security technology, security engineering or comparable) forms your technical basis. A Sifa qualification including the industry-specific learning field (energy supply/network distribution) is ideally brought with you or is in the appropriate training; the industry-specific learning field can also be completed via our company if necessary. You ideally have several years of professional experience in working and environmental protection, ideally in an industrial environment. You recognize potential for improvement in the HSE environment, develop appropriate measures and accompany their sustainable implementation. With your structured and independent way of working as well as your consulting skills, you can convince with different contacts.
