In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a commissioner for main processes (m/w/d).

Your area of responsibility includes the agreement of strategic process objectives with the management, as well as the development and cascade of objectives and action plans for assigned main and sub-processes in the area of tasks beyond organisational boundaries. You add the already documented process fragments to a complete end-to-end process and continuously develop them - in close coordination with all stakeholders. Of course, you work in the relevant international group of employees and the relevant bodies in the industry to ensure the appropriate standardization. You are operationally responsible for defining process states, standards and key figures to promote measurement and transparency in the main process including Control of change management. Controlling and controlling the main process based on ongoing process performance measurement, managing planning and target achievement talks with the process participants and risk management is part of your daily business. You are responsible for managing data governance and data life cycle in the main process.

You have a High/Fachhochschule degree (Diplom/Master). Comprehensive knowledge and experience as well as certification in process management are desirable. Knowledge of processes according to ISO 55000 completes your profile. You are not afraid of controversial discussions, you have experience and feeling of fingertips in dealing with conflicts and always keep the goal in mind, along with a structured approach. You have special IV systems, such as: SAP, project and process management software, BMP tools. Your strategic way of working and thinking is complemented by your cooperative style and passion for innovation, digitalization and creativity. You have a license class 3 or B. Flowing German and English skills in word and writing complete your profile.
