In order to strengthen our team of E.DIS Netz GmbH, we are looking for a team leader Logistics (m/w/d) at the Potsdam site at the next time possible.

You run the 'Logistics' team with currently eight employees as part of the 'Material Logistics' department, professionally and disciplinaryly, focuses on ensuring material supply throughout the entire network area and develop the employees through targeted and continuous promotion of their capabilities. You realize an efficient logistics process in compliance with corporate standards, processes and guidelines. You manage the logistics and supply chain topics economically, resiliently and efficiently. You can support the logistics team, for example, in inventory management, in material demand planning or in bottleneck situations. You develop digital logistics solutions, take into account the potential of using AI and shape the logistics of the future. You are responsible for the proper implementation of the annual inventory. You ensure the quality of the services provided by external logistics service providers. You have the transactional excellence in mind and support initiatives to increase this. You act as an interface to internal and external stakeholders and with your expertise you support initiatives and projects in supply chain management. In doing so, you will have important impulses in cross-unit and cross-departmental cooperation and encourage the team to go new ways. As a leader, you discover talents and inspire, challenge and advance your team.

You have a degree in economic engineering/BWL with a focus on supply chain management or logistics, as well as extensive expertise in the field of responsibility. You have leadership experience and lead your team with empathy and passion. You have pronounced analytical and communicative skills. A structured, independent way of working is just as natural for you as a solution-oriented, pragmatic approach. You follow a holistic approach and look beyond your own area. You are open to changes, actively promote them and bring interest in innovation. You like to take responsibility and understand how to inspire others and inspire them for a common path.
