As the leading association of the Bavarian savings banks, the Sparkassenverband Bayern supports these in their tasks in the strategic and operational business and represents their interests. He is a contact person for the Bavarian savings banks and also works with the partners of the Sparkassen-Finanzgruppe Bayern. For our business and process management in the control and production business unit, we are looking for one or one Consultant/in Business and Process Management (m/w/d)(S 2026-05/B7)What tasks do you expect? Consultation and support of our savings banks in organizational and process issues and development of practical solutions for the further development of structures and processes Analysis and assessment of the requirements of our savings banks and the development of suitable practical solutions based on them, taking into account the combined services and in cooperation with our joint ventures Control and support of implementation and change processes in savings banks including ongoing advice and support Supporting our savings banks in operational implementation through appropriate formats such as training, exchange of experience and individual consulting dates Active cooperation in key projects and expert teams to develop strategic and operational solutions Representation of the Sparkassenverband Bayern in projects of financial informatics focusing on administration and organization Advice and support of our savings banks in various topics such as occupational/health protection, physical security, real estate management, operational sustainability and cash logistics Central contact person for relevant external partners, such as banking supervision, police, state criminal offices, providers of security solutions, banking specialist planners, associations and legal accident insurance providers This is what distinguishes you: you have a university degree in economics, economic informatics, a comparable discipline or a comparable qualification, for example as savings banks and/or Banking You bring experience in organizational, process or project management and ideally have knowledge in savings banks, banks or a comparable regulated environment You have the pleasure of analyzing complex facts, combining different requirements and developing practical solutions from them You have a strong organizational understanding and provide the ability to structure, advance and involve different stakeholders. You are ready to work in different topics.
