You take end-to-end responsibility for requirements engineering in close cooperation with our business stakeholders from Sales, Marketing and Service You translate technical requirements into clear, structured specifications (e.g. Epics, User Stories and Acceptance Criteria in Jira or Confluence) You act as a bridge between business and development team and make sure that requirements are understandable, implementable and consistent You drive the harmonisation of our existing CRM landscape and accompany the transformation to a uniform Dynamics 365 platform You ensure the quality and consistency of solutions across different systems, teams and external partners You identify proactive optimization potentials in processes, data models and system usage
