Project Manager EPCM \u2012 TGA HLSK (m/f/d)

Do you want to advance complex construction and real estate projects in the EPCM approach and effectively combine engineering, procurement and construction management? In this role, you control challenging new building and existing projects with a focus on HLSK in the cost group 400, reduce interface risks and secure dates, costs and quality across the entire construction design. Your work environment is as diverse as our projects. Depending on the project requirements, you are employed nationwide at our construction sites and project locations and work closely with the teams at our Drees & Summer locations. Responsible construction monitoring as project manager: in one or more construction sites in the performance phase 8 with a focus on heating, ventilation, sanitary and refrigeration technology (HLSK) Professional leadership and further development of project teams as well as guidance from colleagues in the project context Economic development of construction projects, monitoring of construction design and interface function to external project participants Ensuring compliance with deadline, budget, quality and safety targets during construction Application and control of cost, follow-up and change management as well as participation in supply creation Coordination and control of all HLSK units and ensuring smooth integration into the entire project

Complete study of supply technology, building technology, energy and environmental technology or a comparable qualification or Completion as a technician:in or master:in the field of TGA Multiannual professional experience in construction management, object monitoring, construction management or TGA planning with focus on HLSK Experience in controlling complex construction projects, ideally in the EPCM environment or in integrated project execution models Safe handling of the VOB as well as sound knowledge of relevant standards and regulations (DIN, HOAI etc.) High readiness for projects on construction sites throughout the federal territory Very good organisational and communication skills as well as sovereign appearance towards different project participants
