Responsible for the planning, organisation and control of construction projects Creation and monitoring of project schedules, budgets and resources Close cooperation with architects, engineers and craftsmen Regular reporting to management and stakeholders Ensuring compliance with quality standards and dates Leadership and motivation of the project team Active risk management and control Negotiations with customers and suppliers Optimization of project processes Participation in the acquisition of new projects

Completed studies in civil engineering or a comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience as project manager or project taxer Funded knowledge of project management and control Excellent communication and team skills German, good English skills Safe handling of MS Office applications and project management software initiative, decision-making, organisational institution Analytical thinking and problem solving skills Experience in handling construction contracts and law readiness to travel within Germany
