Analysis, fixation and sustainable solution of network disturbances as well as configuration of relevant components (e.g. firewall, bus systems, plug-ins) Technical interface function with responsibility for selecting suitable NSP components and IT-side customer communication Takeover of administrative tasks such as data protection, OSS license management, system connections, version management (Windows), creation of customer images as well as user and rights management Support for product maintenance by monitoring the availability of components and ensuring system stability Initiation of product optimizations based on project knowledge, production changes, development input and supplier feedback Participation in quality management, in particular in RoHS and REACH data management, documentation (SAP) and quality assurance measures
