We are looking for an IT Application Manager (m/w/d) in Dresden.

That's what you bring

• Complete studies in computer science or comparable technical discipline
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the described field of activity in an internationally operating company
• Ideally professional experience with a Manufacturing Execution System (MES), e.g.
• Practical experience in project management and training or certification as project manager
• Experience in the field of ITIL and/or practical experience in the GxP environment
• Routinized handling of office applications
• Very good knowledge of German and English (from B2)

Your future tasks as IT Application Manager

Responsibility for IT systems:

System administration

• Project management

Operational management:

Monitoring and support of IT systems (HW, SW)

• Focus on the new MES

• Administration of clients and serversUser management

• License management

• System and interface monitoring

• Implementation of Changes

• Technical documentation

• Training

• Editing tickets in 1st and 2nd level support

• Troubleshooting and problem solution incl. documentation

Coordination and tracking:

Transfer activities to central IT or external service providers

Strategic and project-specific tasks:

Project management

• IST analysis

• Technical design

• Resources and Budget Planning

• Risk management

• independent implementation

• Implementation coordination with internal or external partners

LifeCycle Management:

Requirements

• System selection
• Implementation
• Extensions
• Patch and Release Management
