Design of production: You are responsible for the implementation of the manufacturing processes at the Lübben site and act as a central contact person (m/w/d) on site as a project manager (m/w/d) of the production. Interface Management: As a link between manufacturing and internal departments at the Lübben site, you coordinate project-related issues and secure the flow of information. Targeted line setup: You ensure that the production lines (Greenfield / Brownfield) are set up on time in the specified quality and within the budget. Transfer to serial operation: You actively support the legislative and safety transfer of production lines into series operation and accompany this process up to the SOP including the operating permit.

You have completed their studies (Dip.-Ing. / Master) in the field of mechanical engineering, process engineering, chemical engineering or comparable engineering. You bring several years of experience in the management of complex industrial and plant engineering projects and are versed in the construction and successful commissioning of production sites. In addition to strong leadership, organizational and communication skills, you have a consistently high safety orientation in your daily activities. You possess profound knowledge of process and work safety (including explosion protection and hazardous materials management), are safe in handling relevant approval procedures and ideally bring about experience in explosives law (SprengG) and in handling explosives.
