Fleet Manager - Traffic Managers / Commercial Vehicles (m/f/d)

You bear the overall responsibility for the operational control and strategic further development of our own vehicle fleet with around 90–100 vehicles You drive forward continuous process optimization and digitization, in particular through the introduction and support of modern fleet management and telematics systems You ensure the cost-effectiveness of the fleet by controlling relevant cost indicators, monitoring the mode of operation and efficient damage and freight management You control the entire life cycle of vehicles from strategic procurement and purchasing of car park-related services to sales in line with management You are responsible for driving personnel management from recruitment and onboarding in cooperation with HR to the organisation of training courses and training courses You ensure strict compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements in the transport sector, including the monitoring of steering and rest periods, deadlines and the Tacho and document management You act as a central communication interface and work closely with the MRP, the Technology Center and the management

You have completed training or studies in the field of logistics and are ideally already qualified as a traffic manager or willing to acquire this qualification You bring several years of professional experience in the management of a commercial vehicle fleet and are well familiar with the relevant legal regulations Your mode of operation is pay-driven and you are versed in handling common fleet and telematics systems as well as MS Office As a communication-strong personality with assertiveness, you act independently, structured and keep an overview even in stressful situations First experience in recruiting drivers as well as a C/CE driving licence is advantageous You communicate safely in German in word and writing
