Draughtsman (m/f/d)

We are a subsidiary of the Land of Berlin and are working on a diverse project portfolio in the fields of architecture, interior design and technical equipment. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a:n Bauzeichner:in, who supports our projects with precise plans and technical expertise. Preparation of planning documents: preparation of preliminary design, design, approval, execution and detail plans in CAD, taking into account relevant standards (e.g. DIN 1356-1, ISO 128) and legal regulations Coordination and coordination: Cooperation with architect:inside, engineer:inside to clarify technical details and to ensure interface compatibility (also in 3D geometries) Documentation and data management: management of planning documents, versioning and maintenance of the project portfolio in digital systems and on-site assessment Quality assurance and deadline: Examination of the completeness and standard compliance of all plans and models and compliance with project deadlines

Completion: Successfully completed training to/from the Bauzeichner:in or comparable qualification (e.g. Technical:r Zeichner:in, Bautechniker:in o. Ä.) Professional experience: Multiannual experience in the field of the above-mentioned training, experience in cooperation with architect: Expertise: Safe handling of specialist software, with CAD programs, preferably AutoCAD, if necessary LINEAR and DDScad as well as with MS Office programs, basic knowledge of relevant standards, building regulations and documentation standards, knowledge in the creation of design, execution and detail plans Personal: Good technical understanding, strong communication skills, cooperative and team-oriented working style, structured and careful working methods, German knowledge at least on C1 level (written and oral)
