Close cooperation with the executives of your care area and support them in the creation or development of Design of all contractual agreements on the subject of variable remuneration Co-responsibility for the smooth running of all operational processes in this area Calculation of variables Target recipients or commissions and settlement of payouts in the payroll via SAP HCM Answering all questions of employees for pay billing (partial variable remuneration) Data maintenance in SAP HCM and Office 365 Calculation and management of provisions focusing on variable remuneration Adoc evaluations and controlling with focus on variable compensation

Successfully completed commercial vocational training and well-founded experience in payroll accounting Number affinity as well as expertise in relevant legislation and regulations in wage tax - and social security law Practical experience in dealing with IT systems in pay billing and MS Office skills Embossed service orientation as well as process-oriented thinking and action Fun in collegial cooperation and introduction through a structured and strong working method Very good German and good English skills
