• Management and control of own renovation projects in ongoing operation • Coordination of trade unions, craftsmen and entrepreneurs • Ensuring quality, dates and costs • Implementation of construction site visits, acceptances and construction meetings • Close coordination with tenants, clients and internal teams • Use of digital systems for documentation and project management

What we expect • Complete training or studies in construction, e.g. technician, master, engineer • experience as a construction manager or in a comparable position • knowledge in the field of refurbishment or construction • Structured operation and communication strength • Engagement and Responsibility • Class B driving licence
