To strengthen our team we are looking for 1. July 2026 a dedicated educational consultancy (w/m/d) in the area of children, youth and family in Full or parttime, which actively contributes to the development of our facilities with expertise, consulting skills and a view to quality.

That's what it's all about:

• advice and support for methodological, conceptual and legal pedagogical issues
• Consultation of the institution or departmental management, the management of the institution, the coordinator and the specialists in training and further training
• Organisational and personnel development
• Development and maintenance of quality development (handling guides and quality standards)
• Development of educational, educational and care concepts
• Cooperation and networking of measures and other stakeholders, which can take place both comprehensively in terms of social space and in terms of individual cases
• Conflict management at management level and team level
• Intermediate cooperation and networking

We wish:

• a degree as a Dipl. Social pedagogue/Social pedagogue or Bachelor of Arts/ Bachelor of Science (FH) Social work with state recognition
• Systemic additional training and certificate as quality management officer desirable
• the ability to work independently and conceptually
• a strong communication and organizational capacity, methodological competence, flexibility and the willingness to acquire constantly up-to-date knowledge of the legal framework and developments in the field of child and youth assistance or in child protection
• Professional experience in child and youth assistance or Child and youth work as well as consulting experience and basic knowledge of early childhood education or Childhood education
• Class B licence
