You provide the basis for the payment of monthly remuneration, remuneration and pensions and social security contributions You compile the accounting documents and take into account the tax, social insurance and supplementary insurance policies You process booking, payment and refund operations as well as payment documents and cash documents You advise the employees of the specialist departments of the house on individual questions You will process the monthly and annual accounts as well as redemptions, advances and discounts

You have a successfully completed commercial, office or administrative vocational training or a comparable training/qualification in the field of personnel or accounting You have current professional experience in the field of human resources or accounting You control the safe handling of the current MS Office applications, especially Excel, and ideally have experience with SAP HR You possess an affinity for mathematical relationships and numbers You have a strong team and communication skills, as well as a structured and independent way of working your profile
