Project Manager Timber Construction / Modular Construction (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the realization of our versatile projects in timber construction – from planning to handing over to the builders Management of projects in terms of dates, costs and quality across all phases of the project Management and coordination of the project team as well as central contact for builders, authorities and specialist planners Ensuring a smooth project flow through structured planning, clear communication and predictive project management Close cooperation with sales, costing, production, assembly, construction management and coordination with all project participants throughout the project

Complete technical or craft training in the field of wood construction, for example as a carpenter, designer, designer or wood construction engineer Knowledge of the execution, work and assembly planning as well as the contracting and the timing and cost management Self-employed, structured and careful working with vision and the ability to competently represent decisions Good IT skills in handling Cadwork or comparable CAD software, schedules and Microsoft Office Organizational talent, communication strength and negotiation skills in handling project participants and enjoying cross-departmental cooperation Multiannual professional experience in project management or construction of wood construction projects as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing
