In your role as Chief People Officer (m/w/d), you support strategic and operational tasks in the Human Resources department In addition, you will develop and create strategically relevant presentations and reports, such as decision templates, concepts or analyses. They are responsible for the preparation and follow-up of committee meetings and moderate Jour Fixe between the CPO and HR executives They independently conduct cross-departmental projects in and outside the Human Resources department and are responsible for the planning and implementation of workshops They analyze current trends in the Human Resources environment and actively introduce them

Your profile: They have a successfully completed economic or social studies such as BWL, Psychology, Economic Education, ideally focusing on human resources management or comparable qualification Finded professional experience in the field of human resources, preferably in terms of cooperation with management from the retail or the DIY industry, complement your profile They work in a targeted and result-oriented manner and have a structured and organised approach They work proactively and can quickly work into new topics A diplomatic and communicative appearance completes your profile
